Among 9 planets in astrology Ketu is the body of Rahu neither feminine nor masculine. Ketu is dry, fiery and mild malefic (not as malefic as Rahu) planet. Ketu is not planet but shadow point in the southern hemisphere. Ketu is a karmic planet representing past karma and past lives.
It will be interesting to know that Ketu is more powerful than Sun as it can easily overpower the Sun. Since it is very powerful at night, it can produce tantric abilities in the person. Ketu’s gemstone is cat’s-eye. Ketu is a friend of Mercury, Venus, and Saturn. Jupiter is neutral in friendship. Sun, Moon, and Mars are Ketu’s enemies.
